	would recommend anyone who wants a wonderful experience with a great builder to contact Champion Homes, LLC. They are NUMBER 1 in my book. I had contracted another builder in Edmond/Guthrie are to build a house. However, as I worked with him, I noticed that it was difficult to get a hold of him. He had no formal office where I could contact him. The contract stated that he would begin building by a certain date. When that date passed, I decided to end the contract. Unfortunately, he never returned my earnest money and currently the only way to get it back is by going to court. A friend told me about several patio home locations in the South Oklahoma City Area. I visited the Eastlake Patio Homes community, and was very impressed by the community itself. I then attended an open house that Champion Homes Displayed. This was what I was looking for; a relatively small home built solid with a high-end interior design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the only problem was that the home I could afford would be one of the homesites in the back of the community. The homes on those lots were more than I could afford. They asked what I could afford, which I told them, and then left. I was a bit discouraged that I couldn't afford the home. A few days later, I received a call from Champion Homes telling me that they could custom design a home to fit my price range and I could build it on one of the middle homesites of my choice. When I went and met with them, I was ESTATIC!! They gave me the plans, told me to make modifications if I wanted to, which I did, and it was exactly what I would have wanted if I designed it myself from scratch. Through the whole building process I was able to speak with my customer cordinator (Kent Sowers) who has the patience of a saint. We made changes and upgrades prior to the foudnation being poured. All the while keeping in touch with me throughout the building process. Then, Champion Homes did something totally unexpected. I was in a rental situation that became strained and I had to move out before my house was ready. I was in a panic. I had nowhere to move my furniture and belongings and the cost of moving would have been double of what I had expected. Champion told me the cost of moving it would have cost double that what I expected. They then told me they were going to move my belongings to a secure location and that they were going to pick up the entire cost of the move! I was shocked. What a blessing. But, I felt so bad about this that I insisted on picking up half the cost of the move, which I did. But the next surprise was that they did not charge me for storage either. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! When the home was ready, I moved in; and oh, the home was more than beautiful than I could have pictured. The Champion Homes Team went out of thier way to make this building experience the best anyone could ever ask for. The homes are excellent quality and luxurious, their help and concern for their customers is right at the top, and they are always available. I would recommend anyone who wants a wonderful experience with a great builder to contact Champion Homes, LLC. They are NUMBER 1 in my book.

	My experience with Champion Homes was a delight...I am so pleased with everything..would recommend highly CHAMPION HOMES, THANKS GUYS!!!!My experience with Champion Homes was a delight. I had never built before and was actually dreading it but circumstances at the time had come for me to move on and build. The process of chosing colors, tile, carpet, floor plan, etc. Champion Homes was most helpful and patient with me. After completion and the move in, everyone (friends & family)have complemented on the craftsmanship and how beautiful my new home turned out. I am so pleased with everything..would recommend highly CHAMPION HOMES, THANKS GUYS!!!

	I strongly recommend Champion Homes for your new home. I am living in a lovely, well appointed duplex that was built by Champion Homes. I contracted for the duplex at the time the stem walls had been poured, thus I had the privilege of selecting colors, floor covering, appliances and making minor changes. Thruough the whole experience, and now into almost a year of residence, every call I have made has been handled with courtesy and expeditiously. I strongly recommend Champion Homes for your new home.
